a good balance is necessary

Something that almost all human beings have in common is that we are constantly looking for ways to increase our income. Unfortunately,  in this effort,  we work harder, study more and  reduce the time we are with  our family and friends. Obviously,  a personal development is important but the des balance causes problems and stress.

According to the American Psychological Association, the cost of stress isestimated   to be approximately  $300 billion  per year. This cost is compounded by health costs and lost productivity. Obviously, this cost is caused by all the mental problems that originate with stress and pressure to obtain professional returns. The question is how can one manage stress? How can one know where the limit is? Or when to say enough, or I don’t require any more obligations because it’s time for more important things. According to people who have been in stressful situations, one realizes that one has passed this limit when it is already late. So, you need other people to help you say, “Enough is enough.”

Life as a couple can be a cause of stress and at the same time a good prevention system. Since we ourselves don’t realize that we are reaching the limit, our wives and husbands can help us see things better. The key to everything, that is, listening and working on a solution. It is not at all an easy task, but it is easier  to cope with stress with love, than if you do it alone. If you are under a lot of pressure, undergoing changes, you are worried about something, etc. It is very likely that when you tell your partner about what you are going through, you will come up with solutions in a simpler way. The big advantage is that our partner knows us. They know our strengths and weaknesses, and they want the best for us. The value of having a quiet life while trying to achieve your goals is a healthy and durable way. You don’t need to achieve everything, or you don’t need to achieve everything you think society asks of you.

Obviously what matters is your physical, mental, and spiritual health. For this, a good balance is necessary. So when you’re feeling stressed, it’s time to express it and talk to your partner.
